Raspberry Champagne Slushies
These Raspberry Champagne Slushies are made with just 4 ingredients in 5 minutes and are a fun way to celebrate summer, bridal showers, and even the New Year!

Man, you guys have been going crazy over my two recent slushie recipes, so I’m just going to keep them coming, I hope that’s okay with you!?!? But once you try these Raspberry Champagne Slushies, something tells me you really won’t mind.

You could say champagne recipes are a bit of a sweet spot for this blog. You guys always seem to love them and I love them too, so it’s a total win all around! But champagne is usually something we associate with the holidays and celebration, but I think it’s a fabulous addition to brunches and showers and this slushie version is the perfect way to make it a bit more summery!

This Raspberry Champagne Slushie can be made in the blender in just a few minutes with frozen raspberries, pink champagne, simple syrup, and ice. I prefer pink champagne because it has a sweeter flavor, but you really can choose any champagne or sparkling wine you like.

Steps
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until slushie, about 1 minute.
Garnish with mint and fresh raspberries, if desired. Serve with a straw.
