How To Make A Caffe Shakerato

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Pour a double shot of espresso and simple syrup into the shaker.
  3. Cover the cocktail shaker and shake vigorously.
  4. Strain the Italian Shaken Espresso into a martini glass or coupe glass, shaking to get as much foam out as possible—you can also spoon the foam in.
